These terms govern the use of Thor Ads. They are written to be readable: where something limits what you can do or what we are liable for, we say so openly.
1. Subject matter
Thor Ads is a subscription service that connects your advertising accounts, analyzes them and proposes actions. Proposals become operational only after your explicit approval.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite into your workspace. You authorize us to access the data of the connected advertising accounts for the sole purposes of the service, and you can revoke that authorization at any time.
3. Evolution of the service
The product evolves constantly: features and limits may change, and some capabilities are openly partial (TikTok read-only, partial creation on Meta). We communicate relevant changes with reasonable notice.
4. Fees and renewal
The subscription costs 99 € per month excluding VAT, with automatic monthly renewal and free cancellation from the panel. The price includes every feature, with no account limits.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful content, to circumvent the platforms' advertising policies or to resell access to third parties without a written agreement. The terms of Google, Meta and TikTok remain applicable to the respective accounts.
6. AI-generated content
Generated texts and images are proposals: verifying and publishing them remains your responsibility. We do not guarantee advertising results, and the suggestions do not constitute professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or spending decisions made on the basis of the analyses.
8. Term, withdrawal and governing law
The contract lasts as long as the subscription is active. We may suspend the service in the event of a serious breach, with notice. Italian law applies, with the courts of [city] having jurisdiction for business-to-business relationships, in accordance with Italian legislation.
