Billing and cancellation
Is VAT included?
No: 99 € is the price excluding VAT. If you have an Italian VAT number we add 22% VAT; if you are an EU company with a valid VAT ID we apply the reverse charge.
How do I cancel?
From the customer area, at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the month you've already paid and doesn't renew. No penalties, no phone calls.
Can the price change?
The price list may evolve into multiple plans. Subscribers who join today keep 99 € per month for the first twelve months, on the same terms.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes — an electronic invoice under Italian e-invoicing rules, sent to the recipient code or PEC address you provide, at every renewal, downloadable from the customer area.
Is there a free trial?
No. In its place: a free thirty-minute call where you see Thor on your own numbers, a monthly subscription with no setup fee, onboarding with a real person in the first two months and free cancellation from the customer area. If after the first month it is not for you, you close and don't pay the second.
What would it cost me to do the same another way?
An agency or a freelancer for three platforms costs far more than 99 € every month, and the equivalent American tools are paid for in dollars, in English only, often with nobody to guide you. Thor includes software and onboarding in a single price.
