How much is it and what is included?
A single plan: 99 € per month excluding VAT, every feature included, unlimited accounts, onboarding with a real person included. No setup fee, no minimum spend.
Why Thor and not an American tool?
Because it is the only AI platform for ads built for the Italian and European market: interface in English and Italian, euros and nine other currencies, VAT and reverse charge, electronic invoicing, data on European servers with a DPA. The equivalent tools are mostly born in the United States: prices in dollars, interface and support in English only, no Italian electronic invoicing.
How do I activate it?
The "Activate Thor" button takes you to Stripe, which collects your billing and payment details: the site asks you for nothing else. As soon as the payment goes through you are inside the customer area, and the welcome email arrives with your first sign-in.
Do I need a credit card? Can I pay another way?
Payment goes through Stripe, by credit or debit card. You can change the method whenever you like from the payment portal in the customer area.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, an electronic invoice under Italian e-invoicing rules, sent to the recipient code or PEC address you provide. Every renewal invoice stays downloadable from the customer area.
How do I cancel?
From the customer area, on your own and without calling anyone. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and does not renew.
Can Thor spend my budget on its own?
No. Every campaign is created paused and every change to the feed waits for your approval. Thor prepares everything, you give the go-ahead. That is a product choice, not a limitation.
What can I do on TikTok and on Meta?
TikTok is connected read-only: reporting and recommendations. On Meta, Thor creates the campaign and uploads images to your library; ad sets and ads are completed in Ads Manager. End-to-end creation is on Google today: Search, Display and Performance Max.
Does it work with my e-commerce platform?
Yes, but without direct connectors: orders and catalog come in from Google Sheets or a JSON or XML feed, costs also from an xlsx or csv file, with ready-made templates and guided mapping. The cost spreadsheet you use today you connect, not throw away.
Does it work for an agency too?
Yes: one workspace per client, roles and per-module permissions, invitations by email, PDF reports and an AI Assessment you can also use as a sales opener. All in the same subscription.
How do I sign in to the customer area?
With your email and a six-digit code that reaches you by email in seconds. You can add a password from the area, but we still ask for the code: that is two factors. You can mark your computer as trusted for thirty days.
Are the onboarding calls included?
Yes: two calls and a check-in every two weeks for the first two months. You book the first one after activation: half an hour in which we connect your ad accounts together and launch the first AI Assessment. If you would rather see the platform before subscribing, you can book the same call right now.
What do I need to get started?
Access to your ad accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok) via OAuth: you connect them on your own or with us in the first call. For true margin, orders and product costs from Google Sheets or a feed, with guided mapping and ready-made templates.
Where does my data end up?
On servers in the European Union. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models. The privacy notice says who processes what, and the DPA is available on request.
